A: You can exchange the product based on availability of the replacement.

Q: How do I exchange a product?
A: Email at sales@indekraft.com with your order number and item code you wish to return. We will send the Address Detail for return. Email us courier detail once you have dispatch the parcel to the given address. We will notify you by email once we've received and processed the returned item(s). All items will be inspected upon return. Store credit will be give to you can place fresh order using the store credit for replacement.
